Summer: You CAN... enjoy the Rockies in the summer! Challenge Aspen offers year-round programs, including a variety of summer camps for children, teens and adults. (Adult programs are also offered through our C.A.M.O. division.) Rocky Mountain summers are spectacular, and when the snow and ice begin to melt, Challenge Aspen pulls out the summer gear to offer everything from award-winning gold medal rivers for fly fishing and rafting to horseback riding, hiking and climbing.
We have created summer camps both for the music, art and dance enthusiast and the outdoor adventurer in your family. Weeklong kids' camps provide the perfect setting, a knowledgeable staff and a safe, natural community where children are free to create memories of their own to share with their families at the end of a beautiful Colorado day.

Recreational Activities : Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding
Daily snowshoe walks provided by Aspen Center For Environmental Studies, leave from the top of Aspen and Snowmass Mountains and from the Ashcroft Ski Touring Center. Free downhill skiing tours are offered at Snowmass by ACES. Snowshoe walks and bird watching can be enjoyed at the center.
