Open for Thanksgiving, the authentic Austrian restaurant Wienerstube is serving a traditional Thanksgiving Menu from 1-10pm. Butternut Squash Soup with sage and pomegranate molasses, Arugula with Parmigiano Reggiano Apples and candied pecans, Riesling Brined Organic Turkey, Chestnut stuffing, Roasted fall vegetables and cranberry relish
The Montagna is also offering a alternate menu selections that includes Maple Roasted Wild King Salmon, mustard spaetzle, braised red cabbage, winter greens and homemade bacon or Slow Braised Beef Short Ribs, truffled potato puree, glazed beets and spicy walnuts.
Deserts include Pumpkin creme brulee, ginger snap cookies, maple creme fraiche, warm apple walnut cake, cranberry pear chutney, cider gelato, fresh berries, and lemon thyme sorbet
