Challenge Aspen Volunteer Work Day-Saturday, June 14th
June 12, 2008
In order to prepare for the summer Alpine Tower High Ropes Course programs at our Wilderness Ranch, we need your help to clean up a few acres.
Date: Saturday, June 14th
Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Location: 17 miles up the Frying Pan Road, Basalt
Scope of work: clearing and stacking fallen trees; creating trails; distributing, raking ground cover etc. (Considering the type of work we feel it would be safest if no children under 18 volunteer.) Thanks for understanding.
Transportation: Meet at the Basalt Park & Ride lot at 8:30am. Challenge Aspen will transport you to and from the property. (If you can join us later, please contact us for directions)
Meals: Challenge Aspen will provide lunch, water, and snacks.
Bring: Personal water bottle; solid footwear (no sandals); work gloves; sunscreen; hat; raingear & fleece in case of inclement weather.
Please respond to Sally O’Keefe at sally@challengeaspen.com or 970-923-0578 ext209 if you can attend this much needed and much appreciated volunteer day.
Many, many thanks!
