GROUP LIFT TICKET ORDERS MADE SIMPLE in ASPEN & SNOWMASS, COLORADO!
Blazing Adventures has developed an easy and convenient system for selling and distributing advance and on-site lift tickets to your registrants for medical, legal and other conferences. Prices are highly discounted for 1 - 7 day lift tickets, and there are no fees applied to the meeting organizers for the extra services provided. We include 2 hours at your group registration to sell tickets on site. Additional hours are available at $45 per hour.
Here’s how it works:
Blazing Adventures will prepare a pre-purchase order form, which includes lift ticket prices for adults and children, information about ski school and discounted rentals. These forms are ready for you to post on your web site or to mail to your participants when they register for your conference. Incoming order forms will be sent directly to Blazing Adventures for processing.
Tickets ordered at least 2 weeks before arrival will be mailed to the purchaser or delivered to their hotel for their arrival based on their preference.
A Blazing Adventures Group Services Manager will be at your opening registration or morning meetings to sell adult and child discounted on-site tickets. The on-site cost per ticket is slightly higher than the pre-purchased tickets. We will also offer Blazing Adventures’ extensive assortment of off-mountain activities to your registrants at these times.
